My family recently sold our house and relocated out of state. We chose Shaynn to be our realtor because he helped us when we purchased the house, and we were impressed with him then. Shaynn did a great job taking care of all of the details for our house sale. Since we moved cross-country, he handled everything locally and we never had to worry about us being onsite – Shaynn took care of anything requiring someone in person. Our house was listed as we agreed, the pictures were great, and we luckily got an offer and accepted that same weekend. Shaynn walked us through what we needed to know as the process moved forward. Our house closed at the end of September, and Shaynn diligently helped with last minute questions we had, to make sure everything was perfect. He made himself available for any questions throughout the process, which sometime meant late hours for him with the time difference and my availability.
